Shipping & Delivery
- Local shipping within Singapore is FREE for orders above S$250, otherwise it comes at a flat rate of S$8 (with the exception of these restricted zones).
- International shipping is FREE for orders above S$300, otherwise it comes at a flat rate of S$25.
- Orders will be dispatched on Wednesday and Saturday. Any orders placed after 12pm on these days will be considered a next day order (ie if you place an order at 2pm on a Wednesday, it will only be dispatched on Saturday)
- Local delivery will take approximately 3-5 business days from the day it is dispatched (ie Wednesday or Saturday).
- International express delivery will take approximately 5-7 business days, depending on which country you are ordering from.
- We will provide you with a tracking number once the shoes have been dispatched.
This depends on your country’s laws. Please check with the relevant authorities as we will not be responsible for any import duties charged.
- We understand it might be tricky to buy the perfect shoes at once. That’s why it’s important to refer to our size guide when you shop.
- Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know your reason and we’ll be glad to help.
- We can offer to exchange your purchase for another size of the same design only. Store credit will be given for returns.
- You have 30 days to make the exchange/return* from the date of your invoice.
- For local customers, as a compliment we offer returns and exchanges for free once only.
- For international customers, all return shipping expenses will be borne by the customer.
- Finally, we hope you understand that we need our items back in their original condition.
